529 Plan Taxable

Question: 529 Plan Question?
I have a 529 Plan for my kids. I have not deducted contributions. If I initiate a direct rollover to another plan is this a taxable event?
Answer: 529 plans are deductible only on your state returns. So a rollover would need to be reconstituted in your state return in the year it was issued
