Question: Can my mom deposit money into my bank account?

Okay so I live in California and I opened a checking and savings account in June with Chase and I was wondering if my mom could deposit money into either account. I’m going of to college and the accounts are under my name and my mom does not have a bank account. Is it possible for her to just walk in and say that she would like to deposit a certain amount of money to an account #? I don’t much about banking, I was just wondering.
If this is not possible do any of you guys know an alternative way to send money?
