Question: Which 529 Plan is best?
My daughter is 6 mos old and I want to start something for college. We live in Indiana and I’ve noticed one doesn’t have to enroll in the resident state fund. Taking all things into account, fees, loads, etc, what is the best way to go about my daughters future college education?
