Question: I need Finacial assistance am 18 I used my savings to pay for college now am broke i need $200 I have no kids?

I moved to from NY to winston salem NC Ive been looking for a job my parents refuse to help me I just need some help till I find a job i have put in apps everywhere possible to man for a job Is there an agency that offers finacial assistance to people with NO children I missed the finacial aid deadline so that is out of the question
My college said they cant help they refered me to DSS….DSS said they only help people with kids
