College Savings Interest Rate

Question: does every bank have the same interest rate?
i dont know if im sounding stupid or not, but does every bank have the same interest rate for a savings account? btw- im 13 and im thinking about getting a savings account to Save For College.
Answer: No, not at all. Some have much better rates than others. Also, it depends on how long you will be leaving the money in the account.
